In order to improve the Wi-Fi signal level in the installation location you can try different approaches:
1. Re-allocate the Access Point (AP) or router.
If Wi-Fi signal level is not good enough in the installation location, please try to move the Access Point (AP) or router as close as possible to the IntesisHome device.
2. Enhance your Wi-Fi network structure.
If you have located the Access Point (AP) or router as close as possible and signal level problem still persist, please try to use any of the available solutions in the market to maximize the coverage of your Wi-Fi network. Main used solutions are range extender devices and/or PLC devices.
A range extender is a device capable of increasing the coverage area of a Wi-Fi network by means of spreading the signal further than the Access Point (AP) or router that you have already running. Therefore, in case that the Wi-Fi signal level at your installation location is not good enough, you can try to install a range extender in between your IntesisHome device and the Access Point (AP) or router that you have in your facility (see picture below).
If you cannot install a range extender for any reason, another good option is to use a Power Line Connection (PLC) solution. These kind of devices need to be connected directly to mains plug. They are supplied in pairs (as a minimum), so one device needs to connect to your Access Point (AP) or router and the other one is used to connect to your IntesisHome device(s). Therefore, try to connect both devices as close as possible to your Access Point or router and to your IntesisHome device respectively (see picture below).
